A. Process integration, one-step molding • The injection blow molding machine integrates the two processes of injection molding (preformed embryo) and blow molding (molding final product) on the same equipment, without the need to transfer the preformed embryo to another blow molding machine like traditional split equipment, reducing the intermediate links. • Process: First, the plastic melt is injected into the cavity through the injection mold to form a tubular or cup-shaped "preform"; then the preform is transferred to the blow molding mold, and compressed air is introduced to expand the preform and fit the inner wall of the mold, and the hollow product is obtained after cooling. • Advantages: Reduce manual intervention, reduce the risk of contamination and deformation of the preform during the transfer process, and ensure production stability.
B. High product precision and stable quality • Good dimensional consistency: Since the preform molding and blow molding are completed on the same equipment and in the same cycle, the temperature, pressure and other parameters are more accurately controlled, and the mouth and neck dimensions (such as thread accuracy) of the product have small errors, which are suitable for containers that require sealing performance (such as medicine bottles and cosmetic bottles). • Uniform wall thickness: By optimizing the thickness distribution of the preform and the blow molding pressure during the injection molding stage, the wall thickness deviation of the product can be reduced, the common "uneven thickness" problem in traditional blow molding can be avoided, and the strength and durability of the product can be improved. • Excellent surface quality: The high-precision mold in the injection molding stage can ensure the smooth surface of the preform. High production efficiency and controllable costs • High degree of automation: From raw material addition to finished product output, it can be fully automated, equipped with auxiliary systems such as automatic loading, demoulding, and detection, reducing labor costs, suitable for mass production. • Short cycle: The integrated process shortens the production cycle of a single product (usually a few seconds to tens of seconds), and the production capacity of a single device is higher than that of a split equipment combination. • High material utilization rate: The size of the preform is controllable, reducing plastic waste; and there is no intermediate transfer link, which reduces the preform loss rate, especially suitable for the efficient use of common plastics such as PET, PP, and PE.
